Community engagement project to develop platform for continued community engagement and event schedule

In 2015, the small village of Rancho Santa Fe located in San Diego County, hired SLP Urban Planning to develop a community engagement project and platform for continued community engagement for the young town.

Over the course of 3 years SLP Urban planning conceptualized and launched:

Village Vibe: a Bi-weekly community event series with outdoor games and activities, local farm produce and food trucks to augment the lack of a local grocery stores
Developed Community Engagement Department
Worked to create a collaborative stakeholder engagement strategy that connected businesses and residents
Worked closely with group of nonprofits in Rancho Santa Fe
